The images did work with an augmented reality app from HPReveal, sadly the site was closed in July 2019. Note there is an exciting update to this, the work using augment reality will soon be up and running again, watch this space for news.

My own work

The last twelve years has been a collaborative period, working with digital artist, Martin Jones. Our work together has been explorative, quite often looking at how traditional painting and digital art can work together creating wonderfully impossible worlds and persception. When we attend Miniature Fairs we have an Occulus Go headset so that people can view the miniature gallery from the inside, this as been developed so that viewers can click on a painting and enter the painting itself, or find out about the original. Imagine looking around as though you were in a Vermeer painting? Our work together has covered such subjects as the 4th Dimension, Gestalt Perception, Hypatia of Alexandria and Holbein's 'The Ambassadors'. Most of the images above will link through to their digital augmentations..
