Miniature Drawings
There seems to be a lack of drawings in the miniature world and we have tried to address this by creating a complete set of framed drawings based on the illustrations for Coleridge's 'Rime of the Ancient Mariner' by the wonderful 19th century engraver Gustave Dore.
There are 38 drawings in total, which were the number of etchings that Dore made for the poem. The drawings are executed in pencil, on Bristol board and are framed with a card mount, wood and acetate for the glass. I have five drawings featured on ETSY at the moment (If you click on the appropriate images, numbers 2, 4, 20, 23 and 30 you will be directed through to Etsy). If there is a different illustration that you would like, just let me know through Cornellieson's email (cornelliesongallery@gmail.com), and that is the one that will be sent out to you, framed and accompanied with art crate and certificate featuring the appropriate part of the poem for your drawing.
